Kaitlin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with honors, from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. She received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Pepperdine University School of Law. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable Stephen Wilson at the United States District Court for the Central District of California and was Business Production Editor of Pepperdine Law’s Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship & the Law.
Leveraging this experience, Kaitlin brings a strong set of skills to the table with the goal of developing lifelong relationships with her clients. Kaitlin takes pride in clarifying the estate planning process and developing creative plans with her clients’ unique needs in mind. Like many of her clients, she is motivated by successfully protecting their assets from the IRS and unintended beneficiaries.
In regards to Estate Administration, she understands that clients hope not to see the fruits of her labor for many years. As she develops this personal relationship, Mrs. Kellogg focuses on how best to prepare and instruct loved ones for a simple and stress-free administration of the estate. When an administration begins, she is eager to unburden her clients, particularly as they have often suffered a recent loss. Starting with her accessibility, she appreciates the importance of empathy in her correspondence.
Kaitlin is admitted to practice in California and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and South Bay Bar Association.
When she is not working you likely can find her at a kickboxing class or hanging out with her husband at their home in Hermosa Beach.
