Ms. Williams is admitted to practice in Colorado Courts, U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals (10th Circuit). She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Trust & Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Denver Bar Association. She served as Co-Chair of the Elder Law Forum Committee (1996-1998) and served on the Statutory Revisions Subcommittee for Colorado’s Uniform Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Act. Ms. Dineen is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (www.naela.org) and has earned the prestigious AV rating with Martindale Hubble (www.martindale.com). Ms. Dineen has been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer in 2006, 2009, 2010 and 2011. (1987) and Bachelor of Science degree from Albright College, Reading, Pennsylvania (1983). Prior to practicing law, Ms. Dineen was a health educator and registered dietitian for private organizations, hospitals, and federal health promotion programs.
