Charles D. Caraway is the head of the personal injury department at Goyette. He represents parties injured as a result of some misconduct by another party, whether that be as a result of a motor vehicle

collision, animal bite, slip and fall, or some other negligent action. Mr. Caraway is devoted to representing parties and assisting in helping them receive compensation for their medical bills property damage, lost wages, and for the impact these events have on the quality of the injured parties and their loved ones lives.

Prior to coming to Goyette and Associates, Mr. Caraway previously ran his own personal injury law firm. Understanding the value of a large, experienced, and qualified team, he joined Goyette knowing that it would positively affect the values of his cases and the compensation he would be able to provide his clients.

Mr. Caraway has spent the majority of his adult life serving the community, and is dedicated to continuing this effort through personal service to his clients. Mr. Caraway enlisted and served four years in the Marines shortly after graduating from a local high school, and subsequent to an honorable discharge from the Marines, he entertained a career as a police officer prior to returning to school and receiving an undergraduate degree in History from Sac State, and his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge. Mr. Caraway currently resides in Sacramento County with his wife and two children.

Mr. Caraway graduated from McGeorge with distinction, was placed on the Dean’s Honor List all semesters he attended, and was admitted to the Traynor Honor Society. He also received honors in Trial Advocacy, and was part of the academic fraternity, Phi Delta Phi while attending McGeorge.

Mr. Caraway is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of California. He is a current member of the Sacramento Bar Association and the California Trial Lawyers Association.
