Travis Patterson, the Managing Partner of Patterson Law Group, is not just an attorney but a passionate community leader dedicated to making a positive impact. His journey into law was driven by a deep desire to help those who have been harmed due to the negligence, distractions, or greed of others, particularly individuals facing exploitation by large corporations and insurance companies. This unwavering commitment has propelled Patterson Law Group to become a highly respected and successful personal injury firm in Texas, firmly rooted in the communities it serves.
Patterson Law Group is a team of passionate, family-oriented lawyers who care more about your life than your lawsuit. With each one of us collaborating on every case, our clients have an entire team in their corner advocating for their best interests. We keep our client roster intentionally small to give everyone the time and attention they deserve. We also take on cases that would otherwise be overlooked, leaving no stone unturned to get to the bottom of them. Though no amount of money can bring justice for a devastating injury or wrongful death, we do everything we possibly can to assist your healing process and ensure you reap the maximum financial recovery for what you’ve been through.
Travis received both his business degree and law degree at The University of Texas at Austin. While in undergrad, Travis was President of the Texas Cowboys, a public service student organization comprised of campus leaders from various fraternities, UT sports teams, and student government. His favorite memory from those days was getting to shoot Smokey the Cannon at home football games.
Prior to forming Patterson Law Group, Travis worked at Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller, LLP in Fort Worth and Haynes and Boone, LLP in Dallas. He also served as a visiting prosecutor in the Arlington Municipal Court. In law school, Travis clerked for the Honorable Lawrence E. Meyers, Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, where he met his wife and law partner, Anna Patterson.
Travis was born and raised in Tarrant County and is proud of his family’s service to this community. His grandfather, Harold Patterson, served as Arlington’s Mayor from 1983 to 1987 and served on Arlington’s City Council for over 20 years. His father, Mike Patterson, served on Arlington’s School Board and Planning & Zoning Commission. And his uncle, Roy English, served as Tarrant County Judge. Travis strives to use his law practice to continue his family’s commitment to our community.
Travis and Anna live in Fort Worth with their four children: Hayes, Jack, Hattie, and James. They are truly blessed and are dedicated to giving back to the community.
