Attorney Manny Starr brings a strong background in marketing, business development, and technology to the firm. He helped to set up the technical infrastructure that allows Frontier Law Center to seamlessly merge modern technology with traditional law firm ideology.

Mr. Starr is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law. During his tenure at UWLA, Mr. Starr achieved Dean’s List status and received the Witken Award for the highest grade achieved in each of five core classes. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from California State University, Northridge. When Mr. Starr is not in the office on the weekend, you can find him at his barbecue tending to a 15 hour slow-cooked brisket.
