Andrew Sohn, Esq. is a partner and corporate counsel for small businesses at the Avodah Law Group, a PLC. Andrew’s practice area includes Basic Estate Planning (including drafting wills and trusts, powers of attorney and advance health care directives, and assisting clients with transferring assets into trusts) and Business Law (including advising entrepreneurs on entity types and business formation; counseling business owners on day-to-day issues, drafting employment, sales, buy-sell, and other types of contracts; negotiating transactions, M&As, protecting their intellectual property (IP) such as trademarks and trade secrets).
Representative industries range from construction and technology to restaurants, import/export, health & wellness/ medicine, media/ entertainment, retail, IT, manufacturing, etc.
Andrew is a member of the Orange County Bar Association (Trust & Estate, Business & Corporate sections) and Fusion Business Leaders (Anaheim Branch).

Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science cum laude with honors from the University of California, San Diego where he was a distinguished student. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School, where he was a distinguished Deans Merit Scholar. He is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California.
