For over 26 years, I have been helping people and their families in times of crisis. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, I have spent my life giving back to and contributing to our community. After graduating from the University of Texas-Austin, I knew that the best way for me to continue giving back and helping others was to continue my education in law school. I knew that law school would give me the experience, training and the ability to be the voice of and to speak for those who need it most.
When I graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1991, I started the Lassiter Law Firm. While some lawyers take time to try different areas of practice and even work for insurance companies, I knew that would never be right for me. My goal was then, and still is now, to serve people – not insurance companies, not corporations, not the government, but people. I have spent my entire career gaining the experience, skill and strategy to help my clients and their families overcome the legal, financial, emotional and logistical difficulties that follow a serious injury. In my time, in practice, I have also built a team of talented and knowledgeable staff, each of whom has a role in serving our clients in their medical recovery while also helping me to do my best work for those whom I am honored to serve.
If you have been injured due to the negligence of another person or business, call me today at 713-521-0104. If your child, partner, parent or relative is suffering from an injury caused by the thoughtlessness of another, please call. And if you are grieving the loss of a loved one who died because of someone else’s carelessness (or worse), again, please call. My staff and I can help not only with the legal challenges created by the insurance industry, but with the more practical questions of “how can I see a doctor if I don’t have insurance,” and “what should I tell the insurance person who keeps calling me?”
Don’t know if you have a case? That’s fine. We offer free consultations and take care of most case on a contingency basis.
