While at Texas Wesleyan, Grace’s article, “Internet Piracy: Is Protecting Intellectual Property worth Government Censorship?“, was published in the Texas Wesleyan Law Review. Additionally, she successfully completed mediation training and has been involved in mediations ranging from simple divorces to complicated parental-rights termination suits. In 2011, Grace received the Chief Justice Greenhill Award, which recognizes professionalism, integrity and humility as characteristics essential to the practice of law.

As a bilingual attorney, Grace, born in Puerto Rico, has provided zealous representation to Spanish speaking clients. She is currently a family and criminal law attorney with the firm. In her first two weeks as an attorney with the Law Office of Tim Powers, Grace actively was involved in two not guilty trial verdicts, one of which was a former police sergeant charged with DWI in Denton County.
