Ms. Formanek was particularly drawn to family law at an early age after experiencing divorce firsthand while growing up. Ms. Formanek is also mediation certified through Chicago’s Center for Conflict Resolution, an invaluable skill in the world of divorce and family law.
A Wisconsin native and Chicago transplant, Ms. Formanek received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Western Carolina University in North Carolina.
