In private practice, Leonard Levine has represented clients in over 80 felony jury trials including rape, robbery, insurance fraud, white collar crimes, first-degree murder and death penalty cases. He obtained acquittals in over 90% of all trials, including misdemeanor trials where he specializes in representing school teachers and coaches accused of misconduct toward students, for the California Teachers Association. He has successfully represented over 60 individuals at trial charged with misdemeanor and felony allegations of physical or sexual abuse of children, sexual assault and rape, with a 98% acquittal rate.
