Caleb Stuart is a trial attorney in the firm’s litigation and casualty section. Caleb’s practice includes a range of civil litigation matters with an emphasis on commercial litigation, energy, premises liability, construction defects, and automobile/trucking accidents. Caleb represents companies and individuals throughout Texas and in Federal Courts.
After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, Caleb attended SMU Dedman School of Law. During law school, he focused extensively on trial strategy and advocacy.
