Benjamin Berkley joined Carpenter, Zuckerman and Rowley in March of 2014 after graduating from Southwestern Law School in 2013. While at Southwestern, Berkley was a Law Review Member and Associate Editor from 2011-2013, and was published in their Law Review for his article, titled “Demeanor Evidence Does Not Demean Anything: How Exposure to Mass Media Provides a Solution to the Question of Whether Demeanor Evidence Should Be Admissible as Substantive Evidence of Guilt Post-Arrest and Pre-Miranda.” In his 2nd year at Southwestern, Berkley received an Exceptional Achievement Award in both Constitutional Law and Remedies.

Berkley is a proud alumnus of The University of Michigan. When he is not working hard representing the injured and fighting big insurance companies, he is indulging in Michigan Athletics. Go Blue!
