Ashtin N. Henninger joined ANH Legal Group, P.A as an associate attorney practicing in the area of chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy. Ashtin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY and her Juris Doctorate degree from the Florida State University, College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida. After graduation, she practiced in the area of bankruptcy, family and civil law in Tallahassee, Florida. Ashtin is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, in the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle District of Florida, and in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern and Middle District of Florida. In addition to being an attorney, Ashtin is a licensed realtor, a member of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors.
Ashtin is committed to giving back to the Jacksonville community and has provided distinguished pro bono service to families in need, acted as a licensed Guardian ad Litem, and volunteered at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, helping families with consumer and family law matters. She is also passionate about the welfare of animals and works with the Florida Bar Animal Law Committee researching animal-related issues. In addition, she is currently a member of the national Animal Legal Defense Fund and Pet’s Ad Litem, an alliance of advocates and professionals providing a legal voice for animals. Her favorite leisure activity is spending quality time with her pet dogs—two Huskies named Frank and Maggie, a Labrador named Kenzie, and a German Shepard mix named Beau.
