Prior to opening Nelson Law, Ricky R. Nelson spent time as an exceptional criminal defense lawyer in Bend, Oregon. Nelson’s past experience includes time spent as an associate at Baxter Harder and Byrant Emerson in Redmond. Nelson also worked as a public defender at Crabtree and Rahmsdorff.
Mr. Gipson began his legal career at the Marion County District Attorney’s Office where he was directly responsible for prosecuting, investigating, negotiating, and trying a broad spectrum of criminal cases, including, large-scale drug trafficking cases to Measure 11 person crimes.
