Mr. Gipson began his legal career at the Marion County District Attorney’s Office where he was directly responsible for prosecuting, investigating, negotiating, and trying a broad spectrum of criminal cases, including, large-scale drug trafficking cases to Measure 11 person crimes. Although Mr. Gipson is passionate and takes pride in representing individuals whose lives and livelihood are at stake, the extensive knowledge and insight into the criminal justice system he gained has played a tremendous role in his success as a defender of individual liberty.
