Suzanna Abrahamian plays an instrumental role in the success of Martinian & Associate, Inc. Her areas of practice include traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, personal injury and premises liability on behalf of injured individuals and consumers. Ms. Abrahamian is committed to providing vigorous and ethical representation to make a difference for those who have been wronged. In addition to her work as an attorney, Ms. Abrahamian is the firm’s Managing Attorney. In that role, she oversees the management of Martinian & Associates, Inc. and its entire litigation practice.
Prior to joining Martinian & Associates, Inc., Ms. Abrahamian worked at a nationally recognized law firm in Los Angeles. Ms. Abrahamian obtained her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. While in law school, she was a research and a teacher assistant to one of the top scholars of Southwestern University School of Law in class actions and civil procedures. Ms. Abrahamian also served as a judicial extern at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. In her final year of law school, Ms. Abrahamian served as an extern for the California State Attorney General’s Office, in the Tort & Condemnation Section.
Ms. Abrahamian has successfully collected millions of dollars for her clients on contested cases against negligent individuals, public entities, and corporations. In her first few years with the firm, Ms. Abrahamian resolved over 160 litigated cases and collected more than $25 million dollars.

- $2,035,000 for governmental liability involving a left turn accident in an alleged dangerous condition at an intersection
- $1,275,000 for a complex negligence and premises liability case involving the wrongful death of a boy who drowned in a pool
- $500,000 policy limits for a case involving a woman making a left at a red light
- $325,000 settlement for a man bit in the calf by a dog.
