Larry Buckley is the owner and founder of the firm. His expertise encompasses matters involving personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice.
Mr. Buckley graduated from California State University Chico, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science with an emphasis in chemistry, physics, and mathematics. He then earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga Law School, a top tier law school located in the Pacific Northwest. While in law school, Mr. Buckley was on the Deans List and received an American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in legal research and writing.
He was also selected for the coveted position of judicial law clerk (extern) for the Honorable Robert L. Whaley (now the presiding Federal District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Washington). As a law clerk, Mr. Buckley was assigned a number of high profile cases, including a wrongful death case against a security alarm company stemming from the murders of several minors, a complicated products liability case involving an insurance coverage dispute, and an illegal gambling case against a number of prominent local citizens.
