Kristin handles primarily dependency and juvenile matters on local Indian Reservations. She is licensed to practice law in most of the local reservations. During her time at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU, she earned the Indian Legal Certificate. ASU is widely recognized as the number one Indian Law program in the Country. She is proud of her Navajo heritage and works to serve indiginous people and their rights. While in law school, she assisted in writing an Amicus Brief submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court to assist in its decision in a landmark case. She consults with local firms who practice Indian Law and associates with firms in need of an attorney licensed and experienced in tribal law.

Kristin also handles personal injury matters. As a former insurance adjuster, she brings valuable insight to the negotiation process and fights tirelessly for the rights of injured victims.
