Attorney Dan Allen was born in Orange County, California, and moved to Las Vegas in 1989. He graduated from Durango High School and then enlisted in the Army, where he participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom. After his time with the Army, he moved to Germany for almost two years before returning to Las Vegas.
Education & Experience
Daniel started his career by attending school to be a Paralegal. It was here where he found his passion for the law and decided to become a lawyer. After Paralegal School, he worked as a runner and the became a Paralegal for a law firm that practiced Criminal Defense and Personal Injury, while he attended University of Phoenix where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Daniel attended Whittier Law School, located in Costa Mesa, California, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2016. During his time in law school, he was accepted into the Trial Advocacy Honors Board and was also accepted into the External Competition Team where he competed in Mock Trials against other law schools. He interned for the Orange County Public Defender’s Office and the Legal Aid Society of Orange County. After Law School, Daniel returned to Las Vegas where he worked as a Law Clerk for a Criminal Defense and Family Law Firm.

Daniel enjoys reading, watching soccer, video games and spending time with his Fiancée.
