Ms. Han has extensive experience in Immigration law, Family law, and Criminal law. She has successfully represented a numerous amount of clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration Court, and various U.S. Embassies around the world. She handles all aspects of Immigration law including family-based petitions, business immigration, citizenship and naturalization, deportation and removal. In addition, Ms. Han specializes in criminal defense, particularly the immigration consequences of contact with the criminal justice system.
Ms. Han is licensed in the state of Colorado, and handles Family law and Divorce matters. Family and Divorce law is unique, because of emotional issues and the impact on family. Ms. Han strives for resolution of difficult family situations with a minimum level of confrontation. When needed, she will aggressively protect your interests through the judicial process, but will also help reach a settlement when it is in your best interests. She handles all aspects of Family law including divorce, spousal support, child custody and support, legal separation, adoption, and pre-nuptial agreements.
Ms. Han received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of Colorado, Denver. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. As a Korean-American attorney, both fluent in Korean and English, Ms. Han is able to assist Korean speaking clients as well as English speaking clients. She enjoys writing Immigration and Family law columns for the Weekly Focus and Colorado Times newspaper.
