Bryan M. Truyol, Esq. is a bilingual family law attorney who has worked for the Law Offices of Karim Batista, P.A. since 2016. Mr. Truyol represents individuals in various family law matters, including dissolutions of marriage, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence, paternity, and the modification of various post-dissolution issues such as alimony and child support. He is also an adjunct professor for the FIU College of Law Domestic Violence Project and Community Lawyering Legal Clinic, in which he supervises law students in the areas of domestic violence and family law. Mr. Truyol is a graduate of Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude in the top 10% of his class. During his time in law school, Mr. Truyol also served as the founding president of the Family Law Society and served as an intern for the Domestic Crimes Unit at the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office, the Honorable Marcia Caballero in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and several private law firms in different practice areas. Mr. Truyol was also the recipient of several awards during his time in law school, including the FIU Legal-Medical Partnership Clinic Award, the Pro Bono Service Award and several book awards for earning the highest grade in his classes, including evidence, wills and trusts, employment discrimination, criminal procedure and U.S. and Florida law and procedure.
