A.J. Goleh concentrates his practice in helping personal injury victims and their families. He chose this profession because he believed in helping the injured getting justice and fair compensation for their losses, which were caused by someone else’s fault. He understands every case is different because every injury is different. He knows some injuries are life changing. In addition to being painful, these injuries can be unduly burdensome and may threaten their earning potential and their family’s financial security. The money received from the defendant will never put the injured party back in the same position they were in before the accident. However, the compensation received will allow the injured victims to get their lives back on track and receive the essential and necessary medical treatments that they need, while also providing them with the financial security they deserve.

A.J. focuses primarily on auto/trucking/motorcycle collision cases, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability. A.J. has previously represented as many as 1000 injured clients and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. A.J. is well known and respected throughout the legal community by both plaintiff and defense attorneys.

A.J. is among a select group of trial attorneys that has graduated from the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. He is also a graduate of CAALA Plaintiff Trial Academy. He believes life is about constant learning and that you never stop learning. Once you stop being a student, you’ll stop growing. A.J. is an avid member of Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Each year, he attends numerous personal injury seminars around the State.

Aside from his work as a lawyer, A.J. is an avid martial artist and holds a 1st degree Black Belt in Hapkido. However, what remain most important to A.J. (in addition to his two boys) are his pro bono work and the passion of giving back to the community. A.J. has worked pro bono for multiple years as a volunteer at Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County (NLSLA). He believes to increase access to justice and help those who can’t afford assistance, we need to take the time without expecting anything in return, and empower them when they have nowhere else to turn. A.J. also has his own yearly “blanket and warm clothes for the homeless” drive, which he personally hand delivers every single item to the misfortunates on the streets.
