Molly understands that physical abuse allegations are particularly devastating to families and makes it a priority to keep herself well-versed and aware of all new developments in this area of the law, whether it be in understanding a person’s rights when accused of such crimes or understanding the nuanced medical facets of such cases. Molly also has developed substantial connections to the top experts working on these cases which makes her a valuable asset to Smith Blythe, PC.

Since she became a lawyer, Molly has also attended some of the most prestigious trainings for lawyers throughout the country, including Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College Defense of the Damned program in Dubois, Wyoming. She is also a member of the National Child Abuse Defense and Resource Center which puts on the top child abuse and sexual abuse conferences in the country.
