Tiélle Lily Shu is an associate attorney at Lavi and Ebrahimian, LLP. Tiélle’s practice focuses on representing employees in employment matters involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, whistleblower, retaliation, wage & hour, and misclassification claims.

Prior to joining Lavi & Ebrahimian, she was a litigation attorney at a well-respected employment law firm in the Los Angeles area, where she also exclusively represented employees in wrongful termination lawsuits against their employers.

Tiélle graduated from Loyola Law School, where she was a member of the Employment Rights Clinic, representing clients before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Additionally, she was a law clerk at a plaintiff-side employment law firm. Prior to law school, she worked as a legal assistant and paralegal in the fields of bankruptcy and business law.

Tiélle was born in Saudi Arabia, raised in the San Francisco bay area, and attended college at the University of California, Irvine, where she graduated top 10% of her class and was a member of the Golden Key International Honor society, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and a board member of the Latino Business Student Association. During college, she interned at Amnesty International in Washington D.C. as a human rights activist. She has also been a long-time volunteer with Corazon De Vida, a non-profit organization dedicated towards providing assistance to orphans throughout Baja, Mexico.
