Gabriel S. Saade, Esq. is the founding partner of The Saade Law Firm, P. A. His practice concentrates in the areas of civil litigation, business law, complex commercial and business litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and real estate litigation.

Mr. Saade represents and counsels individuals, business and property owners, real estate developers, and commercial landlords and tenants in disputes relating to the design, development, and construction of commercial, residential, and mixed-use real estate development projects, construction and repair projects, including contract disputes, construction/design defect litigation, insurance coverage disputes, payment and delay disputes, mechanic’s liens, and alternative dispute resolution.

Additionally, Mr. Saade  represents individuals, entrepreneurs, and business entities in complex business litigation and other commercial, including partnership, shareholder, and limited liability membership disputes, joint venture disputes, corporate entity dissolution and receiverships, technology disputes, contract disputes, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, fraud, professional liability, and claims for injunctive relief. Mr. Saade also represents insureds in claims involving insurance broker/agent liability for failure to procure adequate, necessary or requested insurance coverage, and he lectures across the state of Florida and Massachusetts in this area of law.

Mr. Saade’s experience in these areas, his proven reputation for being a fierce advocate, and his practical business sense provide the firm’s clients with expertise in counseling clients, achieving resolutions that are aimed to meet a client’s needs and interests, and assessing the risk-reward factors associated with a particular matter and litigation in general.

While working for several years at a prestigious Miami plaintiffs’ firm, Mr. Saade represented injured persons and their families in Florida and Massachusetts in a variety of personal injury cases involving products liability, environmental toxic torts, mesothelioma/asbestos exposure, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, dangerous drugs, medical malpractice, and premises liability. Notably, Mr. Saade assisted in obtaining a $21 million verdict in a products liability case on behalf of a ­­­­­­Plaintiff who suffered from mesothelioma resulting from his asbestos exposures at Florida Power & Light. Mr. Saade continues to zealously represent injured persons and their families in Florida and Massachusetts in a variety of personal injury cases involving products liability, environmental toxic torts, mesothelioma/asbestos exposure, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, dangerous drugs, medical malpractice, and premises liability.

Mr. Saade also handles transactional matters in the entertainment and sports industry. Mr. Saade’s reputation for expertise in negotiations and contractual matters is respected throughout the industry, and his connections, networking, and partnerships within the industry is unparalleled. Mr. Saade has been involved in assisting individuals and businesses in the entertainment industry on contract negotiations, film libraries, rights deals, business negotiations, talent contracts, book deals and other entertainment law services.

Mr. Saade and The Saade Law Firm, P.A. are registered intermediaries with United States Soccer Federation, Inc.

Mr. Saade attended undergrad at Duke University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and a certificate in markets and management. During all four years, Mr. Saade was a starting second baseman/shortstop for Duke’s baseball team, earning all ACC Academics Honors each year.

Following Duke, Mr. Saade earned his juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Leslie Rothenberg during her judgeship at the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida, and interned at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. He received honorable mention from the Florida Bar for earning one of the highest scores in the state on the professional responsibility examination.

Mr. Saade was born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Miami.  He is fluent in Spanish.
