Aaron Eslamboly is the primary trial attorney and partner at The Law Collective. Aaron is a tried and true litigator who fervently represents his injured and wronged clients and fights against the Defense to the brink.

Prior to starting The Law Collective, Aaron exclusively practiced insurance defense at a preeminent defense firm where he learned the intricacies and day to day operations of insurance companies. His experience working with adjusters and defense attorneys who evaluate injury claims is invaluable and gives him an unparalleled insight that he applies to his everyday practice to serve his clients.

Aaron brings a multi-faceted experience to the table also with his background in employment law. Aaron worked at a premier Plaintiff-side California employment law firm litigating employment matters, including wrongful termination, labor and wage, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation cases. Today still, he fights for employees’ and consumers’ civil rights providing a voice to the people who have been wronged by their employers.

Aaron is so passionate about law, he couldn’t wait to get started. The Pepperdine Law School alumnus graduated early from his program, making the time still to serve as an editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship & the Law, and serve as a prestigious member of Pepperdine Law’s Honors Trial Team & Moot Court Board. He received dual certificates from the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship & the Law and from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.

Now, his calling is helping others through his work in personal injury law and employment law. His litigation and trial practice consists of personal injury matters and employment matters, including catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries involving motor vehicle accidents, as well as wrongful termination cases.

“We love to talk to our clients, and treat them like family,” Aaron Eslamboly says. “We take time to explain things to them instead of just sending their calls to voicemail. We are available to our clients 24/7. After 5 PM, any and all calls go directly to our cell phones.”

He brings his passion for communication to his legal work, getting to know each client and advocating for them in the pursuit of justice.
